Uh… other than having to do things for people to make alliances, I fail to see the similarities. And even though that concept is similar, they are… nothing alike. I say this as a person who loves both DA:O and ME3. So… yeah. *thumbs up*
Also, hating a character just because he reminds you of another character? Way to fail at actually learning about the character(s) mentioned as well as their complexities, faults, failures, and achievements.

What Sha said.
Especially the second paragraph, because that sums up that whole ‘I hate Kaidan because he reminds me of Carth’ bullcrap.

Clark Gregg on twitter

Reblog for nectarine.
That’s my photo. It was for me. :3

Clark Gregg reminds me of Doug Jones in the sense that nothing either of them do is pretentious, and it’s all genuine.

Love it.

To all the people who go on about how GLTAS is the best, with no comic knowledge.

Awww, your butthurt is adorable.

Also, if you read comics, while Hal isn’t official considered a Green Lantern, he still wears a ring, and has the powers, so technically, you just proved yourself to be an elitist idiot.

CONFIRMED PHOTO OF OP:

I would like to say to the OP that it is very possible for people to like both the comics AND cartoon series?

Hell, I even like the movie. (There, I said it) That’s what got me into the series in the first place, for crying out loud. And guess what? I love ALL THREE iterations equally.

I think someone’s jimmies are rustled, tbqh. Because heaven forbid someone be a fan of an interpretation that doesn’t adhere to the source material.

Green Lantern: New Guardians 9
Hey, it’s Miss Bloss! You know, the blue one who isn’t Miri? It’s alright if you don’t remember her. This is her second line of dialogue ever.

Yay, Miss Bloss!

… I have a thing for background characters who get little to no dialogue.
*shuffles feet shamefully*

At all the posts saying that Alan Scott has been announced as the new gay character in the DCnU.

Show me the official DC press release for it.

Please.

I’d like to see it.

Bleeding Cool is probably the LEAST reliable source of information on the internet.

I’d be perfectly okay if Alan was gay.

Just don’t make absolute declarations based on articles that are purely speculation.

Bleeding Cool is like the TMZ of the comic book world, so I wouldn’t really take much stock in what they say.

ASMR

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs.

This explains a lot

I didn’t even know it had a name until now. Wow!
